The Student Union Court sitting at the university of Ilorin has adjourned the suit between president of the Union against the senate president and 3 Ors, indefinitely.

The matter bordering on the suspension of Mr Faji Tobiloba as the President of the Union was slated for Tuesday, 25th of April, 2023

The Presiding Chief Justice, Usman Erinle pronounced adjournment sine die, indefinitely following out of court settlement requested by the counsel to the union’s president.

D.R Sarumi, counsel to the claimant has appealed to the Student Union Court that he received a message to settle out of court.He stated that they are not withdrawing the case but seeking for an adjournment

However, The counsels to some of the defendants claim that they are not aware of any settlement out of court.

Meanwhile, The court expressed its dissatisfaction at this possible settlement as this is tantamount to wasting the precious time of the court.
