President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has celebrated his wife, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, with a moving tribute on her 65th birthday.

In a heartfelt message, the President described Oluremi as “the love of my life, but also a woman whose quiet strength and enduring grace have been my steadying anchor.”

He reflected on their shared journey through political struggles, exile, and leadership responsibilities, praising her patience, dignity, and devotion.

“You are more than my wife. You are my confidant, counsellor, and the steady flame illuminating my path,” Tinubu wrote, adding that their children and grandchildren see her as an embodiment of compassion and faith.

Highlighting her sacrifices, Tinubu said Nigeria owes her a debt for the burdens she carried without complaint, noting that she has served the country from the heart of their home as much as he has from the podium.

He went on to salute her role as First Lady, saying her warmth and empathy have touched millions across the nation.

“Today, as your husband, I thank God for your life, health, and unwavering love. As your President, I salute you as the First Lady… And as your lifelong companion, I say that I love you more than ever,” he declared.

The President ended the tribute with a warm birthday message: “Happy 65th birthday, Oluremi @SenRemiTinubu. May the years ahead be filled with joy, peace, and the fulfilment you so richly deserve.”
