From the onset of contractions
Till the moment parturiency,
Bearing the pain of motherhood,
Day and night all along,
With a heart strong and steady as the earth,
Bringing peace amid the storm,
Mother remains unwaver-ed.

With throes during accouchement,
She bring forth a soul,
To comfort and to care,
In travails she raised me,
With encouragement and praise,
And a heart of a white lion,
Full of wisdom, warmth and love.

Even when I’m far off,
I know I’m in your thoughts;
And you’re looking for strength from above.
I hope from my heart,
That your pain will decrease,
That your spirit will gain strength again,
And I pray that your faith will create inner peace.
