The Department of State Services (DSS) will arraign former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, on February 25 over alleged cybercrime offences and breach of national security.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the arraignment date was scheduled by Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court after the case was assigned to her by the Chief Judge, Justice John Tsoho.

The charge, marked FHC/ABJ/CR/99/2026, was filed by the Nigerian secret police.
