A regarded old photo of the now embattled Nigerian senior police officer, Abba Kyari campaigning against drug abuse is currently viral on the internet.
The suspended Deputy Commissioner of the Police was charged with allegations lingering on internet fraud between him and a notorious cyber fraudster, Hushpuppi, before being declared wanted by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Monday concerning drug deals which led to his arrest by the police.
In the photo, Abba Kyari is seen together with another man holding placards on which messages against drug abuse and addiction were printed. Kyari’s read: “Say No To Drugs, Say Yes To Life.”
