Casualties Records As BRT Bus Collides With Train In Lagos

The incident which has claimed two lives leaving with many others injured after a passenger train crushed a Lagos State Government staff bus in the PWD area of the state.

The unfortunate incident is reported to have occurred around 7:00 am of today, Wednesday, March 9, 2023.

As of the time of filing this report, it was sketchy how the BRT Bus found its way to the train tracks.

The spokesman of the Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) in Lagos State, Taofiq Adebayo had confirmed the incident and said the team for rescue operation is on ground.

“The accident recorded many casualties as the bus is fully loaded with govt staff going to the office this morning,” Adebayo said
